Iron Ore
The Company primarily sources iron ore lumps (ROM & DRCLO) from NMDC's Bacheli Complex in Odisha and iron ore pellets from NMDC's Donimalai mines in Karnataka and Godawari Power & Ispat Limited in Chhattisgarh.
Coal
Non-coking coal is procured domestically from Mahanadi Coalfields, Singareni Collieries and also import from South Africa.
The domestic coal is procured through e-auction and imported coal is procured through traders like IMR Metallurgical Resources AG.
Pig Iron / Pooled Iron / Ferro Shots /
Ferro-Alloys / Scrap
The Company primarily sources pig iron /pooled iron from RINL and ferro shots from Tata Steel. Ferro-alloys like silico-manganese and ferro-manganese are procured from Deccan Ferro Alloys Private Limited.
Other Raw Materials
The other essential raw materials required for the steelmaking process such as dolomite, limestone etc. are sourced from various domestic suppliers.
